If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days from your order date*.   
 
Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with original Opio Home tags and folded neatly in the manner in which you received it.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the items received were damaged, defective or the wrong items were shipped.  Please contact us if this is the case.  We will not issue a refund if the above conditions are not met. 
 
Returns must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip so that we have the necessary information to process your return/exchange.  Please indicate the reason for the return on the paperwork.
 
Refunds for returns will be made to the payment method that you used when making your original purchase.  Charges for shipping, if any that were part of your order are not refundable.

Should you need to exchange an item for a different size or color please indicate the product SKU or description on the invoice/packing list you include with your return.  You may want to contact us prior to sending your items back to make sure we have the item(s) you want in exchange in stock.   If the new item(s) is/are the same value as the one(s) returned, we will send it/them to you right away. If the new item(s) is/are more expensive, we will send you an email with a link to finalize the exchange.  If they are less expensive, we will issue a refund for the difference.   We offer free standard shipping for a first exchange for items of similar weight and size. 
 

*We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on Final Sale items unless they are damaged or the wrong item was shipped by us.  Please contact us if that is the case.
